How North South India Logistics Packers and Movers process works

Our company has done a lot like it and a lot has been done with attention. Because we don't want to spoil our relationship with each other and because of one mistake.Like, our company's work is complete, then you will pack your goods, then you will be moving them, then you will prepare them and deliver them to your home, office, or somewhere else.

Share your reloaction details

You can submit your relocation details to us vai enquiry form on our website or call us on +91 9886582498 and share the details on call. This is a simple step where the customer will have to share the basic details such as, name, address, contact number, survey date and time etc. This process takes 5-10 minutes.

Pre-move survey

Once the details are shared, we will align our executive for the survey of the goods at your convenient time, to understand packing material requirements, labourers and vehicle requirements. Also they assess the odd or even events in the location to ensure the safe and smooth movement. It is recommended that customers share the details they know best from the past experience wherever they faced the issue to handle and look for the solution.

Get quote

On completion of the evaluation of the goods by our executive,he will come up with an estimated cost for the movement of goods and finalize the deal.

Booking confirmation

Once the booking is confirmed, quotation will be issued and a token of 10% will be collected from the customer and finalize the booking.

Packing and Loading

After the completion of the above process. Our packing and loading team will get in touch with you a day before or on the day of shifting and drop at your place on the time shared by you. Our teams are best trained on the packing and loading techniques to ensure safety of your luggage. Using various packing materials and multiple layer packing of the goods will be done to safeguard the goods. After packing the fragile goods will be labelled with a caution sticker " FRAGILE". So the team members handling it further can identify the nature of the goods and load the vehicle accordingly. Heavy luggages in bottom and light luggages on top to ensure safety and vehicle stability. After the completion of the packing and loading process, a Consignment Note, Article List and Invoice and Money receipt will be prepared and shared to the customer for making payment. Once the payments are cleared by the customer, all these documents will be sent to the insurance company for generating the insurance policy for the goods if the customer has availed the insurance for the goods. And then process the goods and documents for the next step.

Transportation

When all boxes above are green ticked our transportation team will take it further and ship the goods via clean and covered vehicles from the origin location to the destination place address shared by the customer. The bigger vehicles via which the goods are transported travel 300-500kms a day. Based on this calculation date and time for the delivery of the goods will be shared with the customer. With tracking facility and timely communication with all the channels we ensure the goods are delivered at place on the time committed.

Tracking & Customer Support

The driver and the transport team remain in constant touch with the customer help assistant thought-out the movement of goods on the road. With GPS enabled vehicles, it makes it very easy for us to track the vehicle without much communication and update the details in the tracker based on the GPS location and share it to the customer. With this system and process our team will be able to update you on the status of your goods delivery when asked.

Delivery of goods

A day prior to the delivery day, our team will get in touch with you and confirm the delivery of goods. On the confirmation from the customer for the goods delivery, our team will coordinate and align the delivery as scheduled and confirmed by the customer. If in case a customer wants to hold the luggage in the vehicle due to any unforeseen reason. We can hold the vehicle at customer point for 24 hours for dedicated vehicle services. The unloading and arranging process takes 3-4 hours. In the process of unloading and delivery, all the major inventories will be placed and given as per customer demand and boxes of luggage will be left with the customer as it is at the place said by the customer on the day of delivery of goods
